A Digital Senior Account Manager, who takes care of our renowned client.

With at least 5 year of agency experience in digital account management, you should have the ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team. You are not only capable on day-to-day involvement in meetings & briefing as well as staying close contact with client, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential, but also daily contact with clients, coordinating with clients and internally with creative, social and IT teams, and initializing the interactive marketing campaign strategies. Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.

As an Internet embracer, you have a basic understanding of the Chinese market, mobile marketing or other e-marketing channels. That’s why you have the passion to go into detail on projects.

As you may already know, we work with people from different Nationalities which is a vibrant atmosphere. You should have OK to good English skills in both written and oral form to be able to integrate yourself.

Client service:

- Maintaining client relationships;

- Have the capability to handle emergency tasks and coordinate with client and internally to fulfill client’s requirement;

- Initialize professional suggestion / proposals to help client improve the online communication performance.

Project management:

- Mainly responsible for the day-to-day service and management and execution of digital platforms and campaign type projects.

- Clearly know the client's business needs and pain points, and coordinate with the strategy, creative and IT teams to develop high-quality proposals and be able to present proposal to clients;

- Internally project implementation planning, coordination and monitoring, pay attention to detail and responsible for the quality of work output;

- Coordinate with other agencies and  3rd parties to create integrated marketing communications;

- Cost estimate and payment monitoring;

- 3rd party vendor management and evaluation;

- Take ownership and can work with team leader to monitor project health;

- Actively work with team lead to participate in pitch project;

- Have the initiative to drive potential business.

Team management:

- Clarify the distribution of work among team members in the project;

- Lead team member to complete work with high quality and be accountable for the quality of team members' work;

- Supervising and coaching team members to achieve their professionalism and in professional growth.
