We are recruiting for Consultant and Senior Consultant roles in Beijing. 

The successful candidates will play a vital role in our future. Building strong client relationships and driving growth within a consultancy environment, as well as a strong record of client management with exceptional client service, is key for success. You will be a collegiate, dynamic and resourceful individual, able to multi-task and find solutions in a fast-paced work environment. No day will ever be the same and the role will suit individuals who are curious, creative and dedicated. For reference, we require 4 years of experience for a Consultant role and 5 years at least for a Senior Consultant role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive and strategic communication plans 

• Act as client team leader and maintain a consistent communication channel between client and account teams for quality service delivery 

• Manage client meetings and account reviews to foster a strong and supportive relationship with clients 

• Maintain a steady and positive client presence in traditional and social media 

• Develop, pitch and place positive stories by and about the client in appropriate business, trade and consumer media 

• Act as a coach and mentor to junior team members to deliver quality execution of client programs Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

• Present recommendations internally and follow through in presentation of new recommendations to clients   

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years’ experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing/social media strategy and web strategy

• Strong planning skill and strategic thinking

• Strong team leader and player

• Good communication skill and presentation skill Language skill: Native Chinese, Good command of English

• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related discipline
